Lucas joined Citi Ventures in 2025 as a member of the Investment Team, based in New York.
Before Citi Ventures, Lucas was an Investor at Alumni Ventures, focusing on sourcing, analyzing and executing early-stage investments in high-growth technology businesses.
He started his career in equity research at Barclays Investment Bank, following summers at Thomas H. Lee Capital and JANA Partners.
Lucas earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. He is a born and raised New Yorker, and in his spare time, enjoys collecting art from his travels.
